Created by Kelly with her clients in mind, Mind the Waves Grief Reflection Cards offer a gentle resource for people living with grief. The cards are designed to support reflection, provide moments of grounding, and help you stay connected to what matters as you navigate loss.

They can be used by someone experiencing grief, offered as a thoughtful gift, shared by people supporting someone through loss, or used within therapy as gentle prompts for reflection and conversation.

A card might be chosen at random for reflection, held in journalling, gently shared in conversation, or used however it feels right for you.

There's no right or wrong way to use the cards. Take your time, follow what resonates and leave aside anything that doesn’t feel helpful.
