How I can help
People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons.
I offer support across a range of concerns, including grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem and stress.
Whatever brings you here, we can start with what's happening for you and work out the next steps together.
A tailored approach that works for you
There's no single approach that suits everyone. My work draws on a range of psychological approaches, including humanistic psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and EMDR.
We'll consider your experiences, needs, and goals when deciding how to approach our work together.
A gentle companion through grief
Grief can come in waves. Some days feel manageable, while others can take us by surprise.
I created the Mind the Waves Grief Reflection Cards to offer a gentle way to pause, reflect, and stay connected to what matters while navigating loss.
The cards can be used for personal reflection, journalling, conversation or shared with someone experiencing grief.
A few things you might be wondering
Starting therapy can bring up questions. You might be wondering what happens in a session, whether you need a referral, how online appointments work, or what costs are involved.
I've gathered answers to some common questions to help you feel more informed and comfortable taking the next step.
Let’s talk
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, but you don't need to know exactly what to say or have everything worked out.
If you'd like to ask a question, find out more about sessions, or explore whether we might be a good fit, you're welcome to get in touch.
